Paris (France) / Saint-Imier (Switzerland), 31 May 2017 – For its eighth edition, the Longines Future Tennis Aces tournament reinforces further its international reach, as the Swiss watch brand Longines is inviting for the first time 20 young players, coming from 20 different countries, to take part in the event. Four additional nations – Austria, Germany, United Kingdom and Thailand – are joining Australia, China, France, India, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United States for a three-day tournament organized on the Parvis de la Défense, in Paris. The players were officially presented to the public and press during a lucky draw ceremony which took place tonight at the Eiffel Tower, in presence of the patron of the event and former world’s number two Alex Corretja.
