Montréal (Canada) / St.-Imier (Switzerland), 6 October 2017 – As the Official Partner and Timekeeper of the 47th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships held in Montréal, Canada, Longines was delighted to present its Longines Prize for Elegance to Canadian gymnast Brooklyn Moors and Japanese gymnast Kenzo Shirai. Both athletes set themselves apart from the other competitors thanks to the outstanding grace and charisma they displayed throughout the individual All-around competition. Besides, Longines was very proud to count Nadia Comaneci – the first gymnast in Olympic history to be awarded the perfect score of 10.0 for her performance at the uneven bars in Montréal in 1976 – as a member of the Longines Prize for Elegance jury.
