Saint-Imier/Paris July 6, 2010 - The Swiss watchmaking brand Longines has decided to get inspired by worldwide artists for its new line in the Longines DolceVita collection. Longines is organizing a contest where filmmakers, graphic designers, photographers, animators and artists can express what “the Dolce Vita” evokes for them. Until August 12, 2010, photographs, graphic designs or videos will be collected relating to “the Dolce Vita”.
The Longines jury will be composed of Véronique Vial and Matthieu Mantovani, respectively the photographer and the director of the new Longines DolceVita advertising campaign, and three representatives of Longines’ management.
Furthermore, there will be a second prize where a public voting will reward the most voted creation on the Longines Facebook page.
The creations that best embrace and catch the sense of the Dolce Vita by translating its special atmosphere will be preselected and exposed at the glamorous international launch event of the new Longines DolceVita line held in Rome on September 8, 2010.
A selection of the artworks and detailed information will be available on http://fr.eyeka.com/partner/longines-dolcevita.
