Guided by a personal motto, “Let yourself be inspired by nature,” Géraldine Fasnacht has learned to interact with earth’s natural beauty in a way that some can only dream of. Her mastery of mountain peaks, steepest slopes, exploring new flights from iconic peaks around the world – all with elegance and grace – make her a dynamic, one-of-a-kind adventurer.

The Swiss freeride snowboarder, base jumper, glacier plane pilot and wingsuit pioneer has made a career and a lifestyle from some of the most difficult mountain challenges, many defying the possible of gravity.

And she’s done it with femininity and elegance that has followed her from the Alps to Antarctica. She set her first record by becoming the youngest-ever female champion of Xtreme Verbier and set yet another record in 2014 when she became the first ever wingsuit pilot to fly from the summit of the Matterhorn.

The literal trailblazer likens her passion more to artistry than extreme sports. She doesn’t conquer nature – her passion blends with the harmony of earths’ greatest peaks and valleys. She has also said that she draws lines in the snow and air when she’s riding with her snowboard or flying her wingsuit. She loves flying her ultra-light bush plane to land in remote locations of the Alps to explore mountains. Yet another strength that aligns with Longines, which is known for exquisite women’s watches with refined lines that embrace femininity and power. In June 2022, she pulled off an airborne exploit with Raphael Domjan, pilot and founder of the SolarStratos mission by making the first wingsuit jump from a solar and electrical aircraft. With all her ambitions and exploits, Géraldine Fasnacht brings a new edge to Longines’ universe while sharing the brand’s values of passion and precision as well as strong Swiss roots.
